Thermal Windows Review Management Case Study

Thermal Windows hired Red Spot Design for review management in mid-August 2019.  The last review they had on their Google business listing was more than a month prior to this time and they were only getting new reviews about every 2 months.

In the first 2 weeks of using our Review Management System they had 12 NEW 5 Star Reviews on their Google, Facebook, and Yelp pages.

These reviews effected a ↑0.08 star (+2%) increase in its overall star rating and a change in total review count of +15%.

Review Management Project Overview

Thermal Windows,  a long time web design and internet marketing client of Red Spot Design, was looking for a way to get more online reviews for their business.   They already had some reviews on their Google, Facebook and Yelp listings but they were not able to consistently get their happy clients to write a review.

They needed help generating more reviews and wanted to build their Google review rating that would, in turn, generate more leads. However, Thermal Windows has a small marketing team and needed a review tool that would help each step of the way. Thermal Windows wanted an easy-to-use process to get the ball rolling and a system to help them consistently get more positive reviews.

The Solution

With our review management system Thermal Windows was able to automate multi-channel review acquisition campaigns via email messages and text messages as well as through a “Review Us” button on their website and an option to provide QR codes their clients could scan with their mobile devices.
